Terms of service
Last updated: 2 September 2026
By creating a CallEye account you accept the terms below. They are written to be read.
1. The service
CallEye lets an organisation import contact lists, assign them to agents, and track the calls those agents place from their own phones.
CallEye is not a telephone carrier. Calls leave from the agent’s line and are billed by their carrier. We do not route calls and we do not record their audio.
2. Your responsibility for the data you call
You alone are responsible for the contacts you import. In particular:
- you must have a lawful basis to hold them and to call them;
- you must respect the canvassing rules of the country being called, including do-not-call registers;
- you must handle deletion requests from the people you call;
- you must respect the legal hours for canvassing.
We may suspend an account whose use is reported to us as abusive or unlawful.
3. Accounts
- An agent account belongs to one named person and must not be shared.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of the passwords you hand out.
- Tell us without delay in the event of unauthorised access.
4. Pricing and billing
Billing is monthly and is made up of:
- the account licence: $69 per month;
- one seat per active agent: $23.50 per month per phone;
- the primary-phone add-on: $32 per month per activated phone.
Seats are billed pro rata: an agent added mid-period is billed only for the remaining days, and a deactivated agent stops being billed the same day. The account licence is not prorated.
The trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card. At the end of it, without a subscription, access is suspended; your data stays available for 30 days.
5. Termination
No commitment: you may cancel at any time and the service stays available until the end of the paid period. We may terminate with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in the case of unlawful use.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability without guaranteeing it contractually. Planned work is announced in advance. The agent app keeps working offline: calls placed during an outage are synced once service is restored.
7. Limits of the service
To avoid any misunderstanding, CallEye does not and cannot:
- record the audio of calls placed over the carrier network — Android does not allow a third-party app to do so;
- dial numbers automatically without an action from the agent;
- guarantee that a call connects: that depends on the network and on the recipient.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us over the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, in particular lost commercial revenue.
